Agreement

By downloading or using Bowlmark, you agree to these terms and the applicable app marketplace terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

For downloads from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms conflict with mandatory marketplace terms, the mandatory marketplace terms control.

License and acceptable use

Bowlmark grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to applicable marketplace rules.

You may not:

• Use Bowlmark unlawfully or to violate another person's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or bypass the app's security.
• Copy, resell, or distribute the app except as permitted by law or applicable marketplace rules.

Purchase and refunds

Bowlmark is sold as a one-time paid download. It does not contain advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. The marketplace processes payment, taxes, family sharing, and refund requests under its own policies.

Your records and backups

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for exporting any records you want to preserve. The local-only version does not provide a developer-operated backup or recovery service. Removing the app, erasing data, device failure, or operating-system changes may cause records to be lost.

Scoring information

Bowlmark is a personal scorekeeping utility. Although it is designed to calculate standard ten-pin scores accurately, its records are not an official league, tournament, association, or bowling-center record. Verify results with the governing organization when an official score matters.

Availability and updates

Features may change as Bowlmark is improved. Access may occasionally be interrupted by device, operating-system, marketplace, or maintenance conditions. Updates may be required to maintain compatibility or security.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bowlmark is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The publisher is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated for future versions of Bowlmark. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply, subject to applicable law.
